Chapter 1 – Muhammad Messi

It was a summer morning in July. The sun was beaming down and brightened the streets of Bonachurn. The footballs were jumping in the Gardens and all you could hear was chatting.

Muhammad Messi could not stand the heat. He could only think about the destination. He took his coat off and he almost bumped into another man.

He saw a guy with military clothes on. He was tall and strong asking people for their tickets. Most of them were sad and were walking away to Bonachurn. He just hoped it would be the opposite for him

“ Next please,”tiredly shouted the guard swinging on his chair as Muhammad put the ticket on his desk.

“Where are you going, lad?” Giving Muhammad a look.

“I’m collecting the new Dharr Mann shirt, for my big brother.”Muhammad whispered, looking down hiding his face. The Guard smiled.

A few minutes later, Muhammad was strolling at his destination. It was very different. The roads were busy, the houses were taller and the cars were fancier.Muhammad just hoped he was not an immigrant.

He turned into Maybay Alley, Muhammad didn’t want to be noticed so just walked on the side. Look down, don’t show your face.Hos mum used to tell him everytime he went outside. He was walking through the Alley and he was almost at the end.Until, a stranger came by, grabbed his jacket ,pulled him to the wall and made Muhammad float.

“That’s mine, thank you very much,”he shouted, snatching the paper. He was walking away but then quickly came back “And your money!” he laughed, Muhammad looked down and punched the mans face and sprinted away. But it was blocked by two big lorries!

The man’s darkness grew bigger and bigger. Its arms were wide out pointing at Muhammad. He tried ducking down but it was too late. He saw the two bright cyan eyes glowing brighter and brighter. He came to Muhammad,he thought it was the end. But it just got better, he saw a little gap under the house. He was inside.
