How To Be Happy
Now rules to be happy depend on the person and what comforts them so remember I don’t know what I’m doing.
1.Tell your loved ones you love them.
2.Don’t worry about the small things because most of it doesn’t happen.
3.Ignore all distractions.
4.Grab a lot of your favourite food and eat it.
5.Lie down on the couch(or bed) and cover yourself with soft blankets whenever you can.
6.Get plenty of sleep so you feel well rested.
