The Moon Fox

Are you interested in silver foxes? The moon fox is intriguingly smart and can sense when the moon is at its highest. This means that this amazing fox, and its species, only goes out at full moon. Surprisingly, it is the rarest animal that has ever lived.

Appearance

The moon fox’s fur is a thick, bright, silver colour that only glistens at a full moon. Due to this it gives it the energy to hunt and hide easily. Unusually, the sound the moon fox makes is similar to a cat’s purring noise escaping from its sharp teeth. Several scientists have tried to capture this magnificent animal, to find out more, but unfortunately, it is too clever to find. On the other hand, the moon fox’s paws are an incredible size, at least five inches wide!

Habitat

Curiously, the moon fox digs a triangular shaped hole underneath a wide, prickly, bush. It’s tunnel will always be linked to another den outside of a safe place. Multicoloured leaves are used for it’s cosy bed and some heather for the cubs. Weirdly, when it is Winter these strange animals go outside instead of hibernating. In the Summer it will stay sheltered from the hot blazing sun burning their skin. Also, in Autumn and Spring they will rest for approximately thirty minutes and then go outside for the rest of the night. These energetic beast are very gentle with young children but not with angry adults.

To keep these creatures safe always have a bowl of milk at the end of your garden for it to stay safe and alive. Also, never go close unless your with a child.

The bush flower sharpens it’s
thorns and spreads it’s petals like
an expanding sponge.

The Pen tree reaches up nearly touching the
cloudless sky. It’s plain leaves turning into
umbrae colours.

Wherever she walked ice-patches followed her.

I met a man called Fire,
his fingertips were as hot as the sun,
his shoes were melting,
and his temperature was rising every second of time.

I met a boy called Tree,
his head burst with green leaves.
Insects were crawling around him which made me shiver,
and his secrets lie beyond his future.

In the land of scary schools, you could hear people screaming, and you thought they were getting caned.

In the land of scary schools, certain smells, like dead animals, came to my nose.

In the land of scary schools, blood-suckers admired the sleeping people.
