Contrasting Characters By Natasha
Atlantic crept into Mr Black’s maths class trying not to get any attention. Eyes were watching her every move.
“Why are you late, Miss Henswerth? You will have to make up for missing 30 minutes of my class during lunch.”
Atlantic replied with Mhm. Mr Black carried on with his lesson about Algebra. She swiftly got to her table at the back of the class. Eyes carried on watching her like they were stalking their prey. Atlantic dropped her bag by her chair quietly. She tried to focus, but couldn’t. Her brain was going over what had happened that night.
Korra barged in the class room, interrupting the lesson.
“G’day sir! How you doing?”
” I was doing fine before you rudely interrupted.”
She threw her bag across the room by a empty place by the window.
She put her bag on the white windowsill. Her blue bag fell, it landed in the water fountain. Korra nicked some else’s bag and pretended nothing had happened.Korra pulled a green notebook and a green pen out. Atlantic pulled her blue note book and pen, she started writing notes instead she started drawing mythical creatures.
“Miss Henswerth? Miss Henswerth! What is this monstrosity!? This is again the rules for doodling in your notebook. This is for notes not drawings,” exclaimed Mr Black. He ripped the pages of the book and threw it in the opened bin. Korra was smirking she liked Atlantic getting into trouble. The class laughed at her. She felt like a clown.
” Thats enough class. We don’t want getting into more trouble. Do we?”
