If I were a door…

If I were a blue door,

I would show you

An azure butterfly fluttering over the ocean,

A pufferfish swimming back and forth in the berry lake,

The saphire rain diving down in the midnight sky.

If I were a green door,

I would show you

Emerald green frogs leaping from lillipad to lillipad,

A lonely cactus waiting for someone to *****,

A mint leaf falling from its tree house.

If I were a white door,

I would show you

A frosty cloud floating silently above your head,

Creamy stars shining to keep the earth bright,

Pearl like clams keeping a surprise inside.

If I were an orange door,

I would show you

A tiger with fire like fierce eyes,

Autumn leaves dropping down onto the roads,

A hungry giraffe eating the leaves of all the trees.

If I were a black door,

I would show you

Unkindness ravens hunting for crows,

A panting retriever running up and down a field,

The midnight sky covering the earth with darkness.

If I were a pink door,

I would show you

Blossom leaves leaving its home,

Flamingos pecking at shrimps in a river,

Roses sprouting at the top of a mountain.
