Have you ever wondered where the one place that is almost invisible is? Well this Emporium was like that. It was oozing with weirdness and no-one ever had a second glance at it. There was dazzling, shimmering chandeliers swinging motionlessly from above. The Emporium sat still with jewels poring out of the windows. A golden eagle was perched on the desk and it stared stared helplessly at you, drawing you in. Despite all this no had ever set foot inside the Emporium.

No-one dared to enter, until Rose!

 

CHAPTER 1

 

Rose had always been curious about everything that crossed her path. She was intrigued by every little thing. One glamorous evening, Rose spied an Emporium and travelled inside.

 

She stared helplessly at the objects before her eyes. Inside a barrel of swords and armoury , a spiky spear rolled around in circles. The fire crackled evilly in Rose’s ear like a devil’s calling. A golden, glistening chandelier waved gracefully upon the ceiling. The rain poured on the window like footsteps making Rose shudder. Rose reached out a hand towards the diamond encrusted book-shelf in the corner of the room. The ancient dust tickled her nose as she spluttered. An elegant candelabra lit up the dimly corridors.

 

But Rose was interested the most by a mysterious book. Rose gazed at it longingly. Suddenly she heard a voice!
