The Mysterious Emporium by Heidi

PROLOGUE

There are some places where children don’t go not even adults. The Mysterious Emporium was definitely that place. Reasons why you may ask, here they are, the door is super heavy and dark, which means that you can’t open it anyway, there never look like there is anyone in it and there is always strange noises coming from there at night. Also people never went in it so you don’t know what it is like in there. Except one little girl Daisy.

CHAPTER 1

Daisy had always been a mysterious, wondrous  child, who always got into trouble. One day she was strolling down St Steven Street, she notice that for once The  Mysterious Emporium door was open. So she decided to enter.

As she entered the Mysterious Emporium leather, shiny books where sat silently on the white, polished shelves,  phones where ringing in my ear, bright, glistening chandeliers were hanging from the ceiling and blinding her. To one side there was a rack of old fashion clothes, some old shoes and hats and on the other side was lots of very old dolls, then something caught her eye there was a brown leather book, she felt like the book was puling her towards it. Creeping forward she picked up the book anxiously and saw lots of mysterious pictures in it and she realized that the pictures in the book look a lot like the things that where in the shop.

“What are you doing young girl”! shouted the shop owner, as she slammed the book closed in fear.
