Discovering the magical door by Rebecca
Lisa noticed a magical door standing up-right: there were nails on the wood which gave a sign that it had been broken before; there was a peep hole up near the top, however it was sellotaped up; the handle was hanging on for it’s life with only 2 instead of 3 screws. The door was whinning at her, calling for her to open it, so she took a step towards to have a look, hearing a voice.
”H-h-hello?” anxiously stated Lisa, as a slow breath came out from Lisa’s mouth. She took one step towards a figure then stepped back again nervously; she hoped that she hadn’t woke anyone up. Lisa gasped in shock as an old man stepped out. Sat on his shoulder lent a blue striped bird that nodded at the man.
”May I help you?” the old man asked, glancing at her disgustedly, until she moved over, carefully. “This is my shop. You like it?” Lisa didn’t know what to say so she just looked down. “This is my magical door of adventures. You can have a look at it!” He walked off thinking if she would listen, but then realised: no one ever listened.
