Corn Cup
The petals are as yellow as corn,
The leaves are like thin pieces of emerald, shining in the sun,
The pollen smells as nice as fresh air when it’s just finished raining,
The stem is as cold as ice and as dirty as a muddy puddle,
The roots are long vines and as muddy as a field when it has finished raining.
The corn cup sways in the cool breeze.
