Chapter 3 The Daring Escape

10 minutes later. “Where are we!” Barry said. “My air ship.” Captain Smithfoot replied in a very German ascent. “I will say goodbye now.” Captain Smithfoot said cheerfully. “Why are we in a cage.” Cercalus asked. “You’re here because I’ve been hunting you for the past five years.” Captain Smithfoot. Captain Smithfoot then pressed a button on his phone then Barry and Cercalus was surrounded by a reinforced steel cage. A strong claw then pierced through the cage and lifted it up. Captain Smithfoot then asked one of his guards to get the cup of water that was on the ground that was next to the cage. Then he pressed another button on his phone when the guard was at the cup of water. The ground cracked and then 6ftx6ft space of area and fell, including the guard into a pit of lava. The guard the screamed as he melted in the pit. “You have 16 hours before you have the same fate as My guard.” Captain Smithfoot cackled.

15 hours,55 minutes and 34 seconds later. “It’s over we’re gone.” Barry cried. “I am sorry. said Cercalus. “I dragged you along this adventure and we will sadly be off this planet forever.” Cercalus cried. 4 minutes and 26 seconds of cries later. The lava seeped through the cage. “Oh No !” Barry shouted. But his leather shoes weren’t burning up and They were both fine. “Why are we not melting.” Cercalus said. Barry then put his hand into the fire. “I’m not being burnt.” Barry screamed in relive. “Should we do it.” Barry said. Then Cercalus nodded, so they jumped into the pit of lava.

There was a mattress bellow which softened there landing. “We escaped.” They shouted together. “Not for long.” Captain Smithfoot cackled. “We’ll see about that.” Barry said whilst picking up a metal bin lid. “No need.” Replied Cercalus. Then a long metal arm came out of Cercalus’s body then it punched Captain Smithfoot in the face. They then ran to the back of the air ship and Cercalus drilled a hole from his paw into the air ship…
