Chapter 1

Not long ago in France there was a nineteen-year-old girl called Belle. She liked Stitch, her favourite colour was yellow she had brown hair with blue eyes. Belle had loved Disney films ever since she was two.

One day Belle went to Disneyland Paris and saw a job opening so of course she said yes, she would sign up for an interview. A few days later she had the interview, and she got the job. Belle was so overjoyed you would not believe how happy she was.

At the interview, Belle met the owner of Disney.  His full name was Walter Elias Disney, but he said Belle could call him Mr D.  Mr D told me to come back the next day and that her first job was to be a director for the parade, so people didn’t get in the way of the floats.

Belle disobeyed Mr D. Mr D saw her righting in the book and stopped her.

Belle got told off and something bad happened a storm approached and every one that worked at Disneyland got sent home and told not to come back until the storm stops.

the Endless emporium

                              The endless emporium

prologue

There are some places where no one ever goes one of those places is the endless emporium.

Even though you could smell fresh baked cookies Even though you could hear the whispers of lost souls even though you could see gummy bears that sat at the window

But no one ever entered the endless emporium That was until Baily.

Chapter 1 -in you go!

—————————-

One sunny afternoon Bailey was walking down Berry Ave when she noticed something unusual about the emporium.  the door seemed unlocked and the lights were glittering in the sun. She could see diamond windows and teddy bears in them jewels shining in the window without a first or second thought she stepped right inside.

As she looked around she saw a diamond chandelier hung from ceiling so high, hundreds of magicians, a rug of pure Unicorn silk ,a hallway of doors and pathways, a zoo with amazing creatures and by the door there was a wall of chronicles . what interested baily the most was a Lether bound book. she could read out the letters on the book. It said……  The book of magic.

“I see you found my book of magic “Hissed a voice behind her instantly Baily closed the book.

She looked up at the owner she was a tall woman with lips as red as roses and eyes as green as emeralds in her arms was a cat as black as night with red eyes

The senses of the body

I would take the sound of…

Blue birds chirping away in the forest,

The fire crackling as cosy as a blanket and

The wind howling in the night.

I would take the taste of…

sticky toffee pudding as sticky as honey,

The Mexican chilli tacos burning in the heat *sss*,

And Mc Donalds smiling at me from a happy meal.

I would take the smell of…

Fresh baked cookies as tasty as apple pie

A strawberry milkshake “MMMM”

And lavender dancing in the summer breeze

I would take the look of…

Little baby kittens as soft as a blanket,

Roses petals dancing in the wind

Holly berry’s as red as a cherry

I would take the touch of…

Sand on the hot summer beach,

A pop its bubbles as loud as a elephant

And a bunny’s fur that is as soft as a kitten.

In the room of parties,

I celebrated my birthday every day.

Chapter 1 Spellbound Locket

Prologue
Fearless glared out of the Butterfly’s window as the emerald airship drew nearer. She noticed the ship’s weaponry glimmering in the moonlight like metallic machetes ready for action. She heard the roar of the canons readying to fire, like rapid breathing. She smelled the burning flames as the fire caught hold, like it was engulfing the burning airship. Peering at her master, she was obviously not excited. She was raring to go. Fearless squawked , “By all that ticks Christopher, it is time to depart! Grab your parachute! Jump! Humans before mechanimals!”

Chapter 1
Creeping round the corner, Coco Misspit ensured no tattle teller was behind her. Stealthily, Coco climbed up the wall and dropped down heavily on to the soggy grass. Miss Hairpin’s Academy for Young Girls. Every girl’s nightmare. Sitting down on her polyester summer dress, she reached into her school pocket at the side of her red and white checkered dress. She took out the crumpled paper.

Gingerly unfolding the letter, she braced herself for the unfortunate news. Each word jumped out at her. Her eyes now glistened as her eyes filled with salty, burning tears. Her father’s last words made no sense at the minute. “Cherish every second.” It read. Coco kept saying it to herself. Before anyone could notice, she ran as far as her legs could carry her. Hot tears burned her pale cheeks. Red marks streamed down her face. Many nights she had lain awake wondering what it meant.

Behind her, Coco heard a flutter of wings. “Fearless!” Coco cried.
“I thought you were actually starting to like that dreadful prison!” squawked Fearless.
At first, Coco didn’t see her. “Please give me a wind-up! I’ve almost used all my energy.” Smiling, Coco twisted the rusted key inserted in Fearless’s back. Escaping from those scallywags used up a lot of energy. Her feathers were somewhat singed from the fire in the Butterfly’s crash-landing. Apart from the singed feathers, she was in absolutely fine form.

That afternoon, George seemed confused to see Coco and Fearless perching in a oak outside of Bookman’s Antique’s . “Of course, it’s your father’s precious locket.” Solemnly, Coco nodded her head. The locket was something that her father had treasured. He had put it on the bedside table in Coco’s bedroom. Every night, Coco wouldn’t sleep. She would enjoy the calm ticking of the locket. Some nights, Coco would put the locket on her heart. “Sorry” George muttered.

“He is correct!” tweeted Fearless, “Time is of the essence. We need to take a steam train back to Littleton Manor and begin the search before some scallywag lays their claws on the locket.

Chapter 4 Spellbound Locket

Chapter 4
Coco dreamed. She could hear a faint voice calling her name. Each foot step meant something. The voice was awfully familiar. It was Mama. She had come back! Hot tears burned her cheeks as she ran. But, as she got closer, it seemed as if it was getting further away. . A soft voice echoed in her head and she ran. And she ran as far as her bony legs could carry her. But nine long, dreary years had passed and all Coco could remember was a faint outline of her Mama. It was just a blurry, fuzzy figure. She could see something, but the warmth of the voice and the voice was always comforting, calm. Unfortunately it would be like a part of Coco would be forever lost.

Coco woke abruptly. Hiding under her knitted blanket, Coco opened her emerald eyes, and exhaled deeply. Slits of morning sunlight shone brightly through the windows in the shack. George was still asleep whilst Fearless stared at Coco, her eyes barely open. Coco crept over, trying not to wake up George. She began to wind the copper key. After she turned it, Fearless ruffled her feathers to show she was thankful. ‘That’s better! By all that ticks, it is time to get back what is rightfully yours! Up you get lazybones, we’ve work to do!’

‘Fearless, I was having a nice dream,’ moaned George. Yawning, he started to stretch and rubbed his blackened eyes. A moment later, the ‘three musketeers’ clambered up the wall to look out of the window to see where the Evil airship was tethered. They watched as Mr. Evil carried a small velvet box ad gingerly placed it on the mantlepiece. As he made his way back to Waverspoon Manor, Fearless shrieked ‘ Coco, it is time! Time to get back the locket.!’

Soaring above Coco and George’s heads, Fearless made her way towards the wooden walkway. Surprisingly, it was George who undid the latch on the locket box. To their relief, the locket was there with Christopher Missppit’s design plans.

When Mr. Evil was running he cursed to the sky.’ Those dastardly children!’ He rushed towards the airship. Without stopping, Coco tore the guide ropes off the wall and slung the hooks to one side. Almost immediately, the Evil airship rose off the ground, picking up small flakes of snow. The ‘three musketeers’ peered round the corner as Mr. Evil shook his fist and bellowed insults to the children. Fortunately, they were too high up to hear them.

Muffled shouts from below decks had the hooked onto the sound. Lifting up the lid on the cupboard, they found Christopher Misspit. He looked like a turkey trussed up at Christmas. Coco cut his ropes. They were dangerously high. ‘Come on, we’ll soon get far from Mr. Evil. Then we’ll go get the bobbies. There’ll be a price on his head for the insolent theft and kidnapping.’

Coco and George proudly stood on the deck. watching the world drift by. Tiny housed were dotted around the countryside. The fields and valleys looked like a quilt of shades of green and yellow. Roads and rivers streamed through and, from above, looked like ribbons. George grinned at Coco. It would nearly be Christmas and she was finally back with her beloved papa. Fearless ruffled her feathers and began to snooze.

Chapter 2 – The Secrets of the Honest

“Well since you’re here, meet Ella!” Mrs Lewis said, trying to seem calm. Ella had smooth, silk-like, grey skin that glimmered in dewy moonlight, her ears looked like mini boat sails. Her eyes are as blue as the depths of a cold, serene ocean blinking in the dazzling sun and her trunk was as long as a wooden cricket bat ready to be swung. Ella looked up at the children’s dumbstruck faces as they stood frozen, icy as a glacier, Ella reached out her short stubby leg as if to show that she trusts them. Mrs Lewis stood trying to seem irritated but she couldn’t keep the smile from plastering itself on her pale face, her grassy green eyes as warm as a newly lit candle. Nancy reached out her hand and stroked the top of Ella’s head, Ella sat down in appreciation of her new friends.

“Wow! I’m impressed,” Mrs Lewis said “She normally doesn’t like being around other people.” Mrs Lewis, the figure who seemed so honest and open, had a secret as big as that. As they walked home Suzie asked “Where did you find Ella, Mrs Lewis?” Mrs Lewis was silent, nothing but her deep breaths and footprints trodding on the squelchy grass could be heard for about two minutes. It was like she was trying to stall, to stop them knowing the past pains.

“Well if you must know,” Mrs Lewis finally said with a sigh, “I found her in the rubble of a zoo, her mother had been crushed by the ceiling and she sadly passed away, she was shivering in the cold, harsh winter wind. Her leg was trapped under the debris, thankfully I was able to remove the heavy rock. She was hurt so I took her in and renamed her Ella. I’ve been looking after her ever since.” Mrs Lewis explained. Nancy, Steve and Suzie looked at each other, their mouths wide open. “Oh my goodness, have you seen the time!” Suzie blurted out. On her watch the time showed 03:00am. They ran home faster than cheetahs, when they got inside the house they shook off their coats and kicked off their boots and practically jumped up the stairs. As they clambered into bed Suzie said “Are we going to be best friends even when we have to go back home?” Nancy smiled and nodded politely before they realised that Steve was already asleep. “He must have been really tired!” Nancy said giggling. Suzie nodded, unable to contain her laughter. When Nancy fell asleep Suzie got up out of bed, grabbed her glasses and went to sit in the window seat. She peered out through the thick window frame. “Where is she?” Suzie whispered to herself. Then she saw a shadow peeping out of the dense forest.

The next morning Steve, Suzie and Nancy went out with some melon and strawberries and gave them to Ella in the woods. After they had given Ella her breakfast they went to school. When the school bell rang they ran straight out of school and back home to play noughts and crosses. “Dinner time!” Mrs Lewis yelled from downstairs. As they went down the stairs the smell of carrot and potato soup struck their noses like a bomb. “Wow! Mrs Lewis, that smells amazing!” exclaimed Steve as they sat down and dinner was served. They slurped it up in about five minutes. They then grabbed some tomatoes and cucumbers and went to give Ella her dinner. “Ella! Dinner time!” they all shouted as Ella emerged from a bush. She snatched the tomatoes and cucumber and ate them within minutes. As they walked home Nancy looked back at the forest and saw that Ella had gone back into the thick trees, possibly back into the bush she came out of.
