Max woke up with a shock, he could hear loud noises coming from outside. Suddenly, Max heard the creaky floor boards, someone had entered the garage. Max started bawling, it had awaken Jaguar.

Max and Jaguar were heading towards the exit. There was silence, somebody was observing them. Panting, they made it out ; they ran to the mucky, abandoned Mr G’s. Risking a glance, Max looked behind his shoulder, he felt scared and awkward. 

A torch split the darkness in half ; loud echoes were heard through the silence. Max and Jaguar quickly ran inside. “Phew!” Max said, wiping his forehead. They hid in a cupboard under the stairs in the kitchen ; the guards started to search. Inside, sauces and chunks of food lay on the floor. Outside, guards searched hurriedly and wind blew aggressively.

Suddenly it popped into Max’s head, “The Nunnery Lakes,the gateway it’s at Nunnery Lakes!” Max and Jaguar had the opportunity to get to the gateway. Noticing a shadow, Max glanced up ; he felt a cold, winter breeze approach him.

Stressed, Max checked Jaguar’s wound. It was still bleeding ; she seemed weaker. To get to the Nunnery Lakes would be a long dangerous walk for Jaguar with her injury and the guards searching for them. Shivering, Max cuddled up with Jaguar, he started to think. How do you think they’re going to get to Nunnery Lakes? 

In a flash, Max and Jaguar got up and ran to the gateway, avoiding checkpoints.

It was a dark, gloomy day at home, a few street lights turned on and brightened up the dull sky.

Walking around in Brandon, a soldier came over to Max and was horrible (really horrible), all he would do is shout! Max was very anxious, when he remembered his favourite place – Purple park.

Max toddled over to purple park, it was so joyful and happy it has : beautiful colours, swings, brightness and more. Apart from the sun, the sky was empty. It was irresistible.

All of a sudden, a strange – looking old man started walking towards him. Fearfully, Max screamed ‘’DON’T TOUCH ME!’’ 

Max ran as fast as a racing cheetah to find somewhere to conceal. He hid in the dim, ghastly wooden park. He cried in terror awaiting help. Do you think anyone will find him?

I’m a bone – chewer, a tail – wagger,

I sleep like a hibernating, grizzly bear,

I like to eat beef, I’m a meat – eater.

My tail wags like a pendulum,

I have soft fur like a cushion, 

I love to go to the woods, I’m a walk – lover.

I eat bones like they’re going out of date,

I’ll sit and wait until the postman arrives, 

I will bark as loud as fireworks.

I love sleeping, I will sleep all day, 

I’m not a big fan of cats,

I lick people as they walk past.

I’m terrified of loud noises that aren’t mine,

I love playing with my tennis ball,

I have an amazing sense of smell.

Leaves falling, the chocolate, brown scottish wild cat lays against the tree.

Lengthy, peanut fur like a soft, fluffy blanket,

Rabbits running away from them whilst playing tag,

Eating small rodents.

Whiskers as sharp as knives,

Blue eyes that change to green,

The cat moves like a silent – crawler.

Meowing as it strides along the damp, mucky floor, 

Evil menacing eyes that stare into your soul.

Bird – snatcher, munching as it purs happily.

  The demi-Ash-Crawler

Introduction

The demi-Ash-crawler is critically endangered, it’s extremely rare to see one, there are only four left in the world. It is a deadly creature, if you ever see one don’t touch it, it will kill you.

Appearance

Surprisingly, the demi-ash-crawler has giant claws that can dig into the ground and hold him up so he doesn’t fall. It also has mouldy, canary yellow teeth that are as sharp as knives as well as burnt marks from ash and fire.

Dangerous features

Terrifyingly, the creature has a sharp, thin body. The demi-ash-crawler has really small eyes; they are even smaller than a snakes. It can breathe out two hundred and seven ashes a day. It can make an invisible protective barrier to save/protect himself from death.

Behaviour

Like a spider, the demi-ash-crawler climbs up the walls with his forty-six legs. It sleeps twenty-five minutes a week on a Thursday. Have you ever noticed that it can run across a whole field in less than five seconds? (which is very fast)

Diet

The most extraordinary thing about the demi-ash-crawler, is that it drinks more than twelve cans of coke a day, it also drinks blood (human blood only). It eats newborn babies and snakes on top of that it also eats lizards and geckos. Weirdly, it has a big appetite and can eat more than three babies a day! They sneak into graveyards and dig holes until he finds a baby to eat

A strong rage of a hurricane hitting the ground, a push of a tsunami knocking out the people that come anywhere near, a sinkhole collapsing the ground.

A stained piece of old paper from 1842, a skeleton of a 65 million year old dinosaur, a doll older than you could ever be.

The quietness of the milky way, the stars flowing around the dark sky, a sudden whisper from earth.

A beautiful smelling rose from Mr gold, a cat found in boots, a little girl seen in red.

A tunnel of an underground base, a mummy that had been found dead from many years back, a meow from an egyptian cat.

A reflection from a griffins gold set of eyes, a ball of fluff from a unicorn’s tail, a burnt wing of a dragon.
