Chapter 3

Sally took the creatures advice and stared to search for a hiding spot.”If you can’t tell me what you are can you at least tell me who you are?”Sally asked curiously.

“That is acceptable.”the creature replied,”My name is Serpion”

“That an interesting name!” Sally exclaimed.”Not trying to be rude.”

 

At that very moment,everything fell silent;The door opened;Sally felt queasy;Serpion started to slowly back up;They heard very quiet footsteps;Someone had entered.

“Who is that?”Sally whispered.

“They surely are an intruder searching for something.”Serpion sighed as her eyes widened.

 

All of a sudden, and eerie  silence fell upon the room. No sounds were. Serpion came to a realisation, the unknown figure was searching for a specific person. Not for a shelter. Not for a home …for them.

 

Both Sally and Serpion kept hidden and quiet.The unknown figure was looking, a gloomy shadow searching.Serpion and Sally were both starving and couldn’t bare an out her minute without food so they slowly started to search for food and Sally almost made a sound but then she found an old and dry asparagus. Sally was so hungry she didn’t care that it was old and dry she found food. She was so hungry nothing stopped her from munching on it.

 

Even though Sally was filling her tummy Serpion couldn’t find anything. Her heart was pounding; she got goosebumps They were trapped. When Serpion (Not Sally because all she could think about was food)thought all hope was lost finally she heard a click on the door. The intruder had left.

“Sally the intruders gone!”Serpion sighed in relief. Sally was too hungry to notice.

 

Sally finally finished eating and realised what had happened. “We must get to the gateway.”Sally announced.She understood how important the gateway was so she had to make sure Serpion arrives.There was only one problem as Serpion searched for food she got hit and now she has a giant wound. “Are you ok?”Sally asked in a not so confident way.Serpion nodded but made no sound. They slowly walked to the door, there journey was about to begin.They had to locate the gateway.

 

They slowly made there way out to the gloomy alleyway. Stars were scattered all over the sky. Abandoned buildings and dirty roads were covering the filthy place. There was nowhere to call home.

 

They avoided all nearby checkpoints and made sure no guards were watching them. They had make sure they were unstoppable so no one could catch onto them. Multiple streets had been passed and they were near there destination, there was only two main questions.

Would they make it? Would they get to the gateway?

Chapter 3

When Adam and the wolf woke up from their sleep, they heard voices surrounding the building. Suddenly there was a deafening silence. After 5 minutes of quietness , there was banging at the door. Adam and the wolf held their breath, they were waiting and waiting. The couple didn’t even move a muscle. Soon after a mysterious person entered the warehouse, all Adam and the wolf could hear was the clock ticking, a lamp getting turned on (tick) and a torch turning on. The weather was rainy; hailly ; and there was thunder and lightning. Inside of the warehouse there was cobwebs, and I wasn’t surprised there were even mice. While that was happening Adam and the wolf were panicking, breathing fast and their  heart was pounding quickly. It was midnight in the small, ruined building and the stars were shimmering bright in the sky. 

 

After a couple of long hours; which was actually only minutes, the guard left. Adam and the wolf heard the door shut so they knew the guard had gone. The two had a chat, Adam whispered to the wolf “ I think we can leave now” Adam suggested, Adam knew the wolf understood him. With those golden, fiery eyes of hers Adam knew, she knew. The wolf and Adam had to reach the gates, if not then the world would die and the wolf could still get hunted. The wolf looked wounded and weak, blood was pouring out of her they had to act quick. The streets were wet and damp, street lights shone bright. As Adam and the wolf walked down the path they saw abandoned, ruined buildings, the moon was silver and bright. There were not many cars nor people. Soon they started to journey on “ to the gateway”Adam and the wolf thought. But on there way there was some guards blocking shortcuts……

Could this be the end or will they succeed ?

Chapter 2

Outside, a jagged threat of lighting crackled across the sky, as thunder growled overhead. Darkness was now descending…

Inside, Adam was desperately searching for a way out of this dusty, abandoned, ancient old building. At that moment, he realised that he was trapped! Abruptly, he plunged into the darkness, as rusty antiques, from years ago, scattered onto the floor and broke into tiny pieces. Adam was quite cold, probably because of the barricaded windows that let all the rain in. To his dismay, the rain had now soaked his brand new jumper. Adam’s hope faded… 

The discarded metal looked as if it were to fall over, too.

But luckily for Adam it didn’t. A deafening silence flew through the air… Suddenly Adam caught a glimpse of a shadow leaping out of the corner of the room! As he glanced up, two brown – orangey eyes mysteriously emerged out of the darkness… 

The shadow was now more illuminated in the pitch black room.

A flash of yellow – gold fur stepped between Adam, as the mysterious serpent threw back its shaggy head and roared, louder than thunder! All four paws between Adam made his jaw drop in shock when he that the “something” that he realised actually a Lion! Suddenly someone else’s shadow had been illuminated in the darkness as well…. And they were holding a glinting knife in their hand…. Just then, Adam realised that the reason the lion pounced between him was because of the attacker!

Part 2

The next day Adam was  delivering  packages . he was out most of the

day but, once he was finished, he decided to see the tiger.

Again on his way he felt like he was being followed, He could hear footsteps in the background behind him. Adam ran as fast as he could down the alleyways and side streets but Adam got lost.

The footsteps still followed. Adam checked  Quickly around.

For an escape but there was no escape. He was in a dead end .The footsteps came closer and closer and closer. Adam turned around there was a man with a knife Adam screamed HELP! but then something was in front of Adam for Protection she growled at the man. Adam only saw a little bit of her when the  lightning struck in a blur a flash of white and black fur, on top a long tail The man fled the beast went back to his corner .

Saviour

Chapter 2

Adam fled through the rain in the dusk searching for a hiding spot. The enraged wind howled on Adam while he scattered frantically for a place to hide at. Desperately he searched for a place to hide. There! He bolted to the abandoned building. Just then when Adam plunged straight in the building, the door slammed on him. “SOMEBODY HELP ME!” screamed Adam at the top of his lungs. He was trapped and horrified. His heart  leapt into his throat. He was traumatised. There were broken windows and cobwebs scattered all around him. Right in the corner a chair was rocking without anyone rocking it. Only a few moments later the two thieves burst in through the door. “You made a BIG mistake trying to run away from us!” yelled the thief. Suddenly Adam heard a plank on the floor creaking in the corner. It wasn’t the robbers it was by something or someone else. In an instant a powerful roar erupted out from the darkness. The two men fled from the building screaming so loud that can deafen someone. Adam couldn’t run, fear froze him to the spot. After that he saw orange and black fur for a millisecond. What was that?

Panther

Outside thunder and lightning scattered across the sky. All Adam heard overhead were roars and rain dripping down from lamp posts. Adam staggered through litter that was thrown on the ground. He was searching for a hiding spot while his feet was shaking in fear. Finally about 3 minutes later he found somewhere between two tall buildings, but there was one problem it was a small gap and he had no time to change his spot! Around him cobwebs hung above him, looming shadows around him and overgrown moss. A bubble of fear surrounded him. Suddenly a noise of violence got his heart pumping and ready. This evil man caught onto where Adam was hiding! His blade glistened in the darkness with blood dripping down the man’s blade, Adams heart skipped to beat knowing his time was up once and for all. It’s even worse knowing he can’t escape because he wouldn’t have time to quickly climb over the long wall otherwise he would attack faster, but it wasn’t over. All of the sudden a enormous shadow growled, the shadow of an animal that’s giant. The creature snarled and growled like it was about to attack its prey! Suddenly, from behind, a mythical animal leaped on all four paws in front of Adams own eyes! All he could see was the form of this creature, he could only see the eyes and nose and face when lightning struck from in the darkness…

Chapter 2

Darkness surrounded Olly so much that his eyes couldn’t adjust to the darkness. The wind sliced through Olly’s Coat like it was enraged at him. Then he found an abandoned building across the street, he plunged into the abandoned building knowing they would follow him. When he entered he glanced back and he saw three shadows in the doorway they were here. They were here, there was no way out. Olly was trapped in this abandoned building. There were knives scraping on the walls. At that moment the three coming closer, they are here. Olly was worried his heart was frozen with fear and terror. The shadows above him made a growl then there was a cold blue eye blinked. With one minute lightning clapped the animal leaped out of the darkness the grey dusty animal stood between Olly and the three men the animal growled making the three flee Olly said thank you said with love the fox said” thank you guardian!” she bellowed guardian what did she mean “I’m no guardian what do you mean?”

Lion – Chapter 2

At midnight in London Max was walking in the heavy rain with wind blowing rain in his face. He approached the abandoned workshop and took 15 minutes to pull open the big metal door. Once he did Max saw trashed walls, ripped wallpaper, chandeliers on the floor, shattered glass, bugs on plates, broken mugs , fallen doors, jagged chunks of wall missing, loose bricks, fallen lights, ripped books, roof tiles on the top floor, holes in the roof like someone fell from great height, chunks of glass and half of many mirrors. Max felt like he was about to scream, his legs were shaking, Max’s hart was trying to  keep on pumping oxygenated blood Max trying not to scream… but he did. He saw a weird shaped shadow, a circle head. A fierce but painful growl from behind and suddenly a growl. The beast was hurt.

Chapter 2

 Jack shot off like the wind! Lightning flashed like a light  Bulb being turned on and off. People looked surprised. Soon the path became rocky. Suddenly he tripped. he landed in the corner of a garbage site shattered windows, mouldy cupboards and broken tables. Rotten Wood lay on the floor. The man loaded his rifle. Was it was over for Jack? A few heart stopping moments later he saw two eyes, the eyes blinked. Suddenly something pounced! Glistening teeth glowed like the moon. Yellowish in colour. An orange mane around his head. And cat’s like claws. At that time he roared a roar as loud as dinosaurs, that roar can be heard from mars. At that moment the man dashed off in thunderous streets of London. Jack was about to sprint off with him too but he couldn’t. “Hello there I am a lion” Jack was very confused. “A lion but there extinct how is this even possible!” He exclaimed

“I am the only lion and I must survive or we WILL be extinct.” The lion replied. Eventually Jack noticed a wound on the lion’s leg. 

“I want you to be alive I want you to survive I will do anything for you” Jack tried to sound serious but couldn’t keep the excitement out of his voice. 

“Ok” the lion roared.
