The Lonely Desert

What are wet? A rainy day and a frog’s slimy feet. 

What are dry? A lonely desert and a sauna’s heat.

What is sparkling? The queen’s crown jewels and some sugar on a wafer.

What is plain? A whiteboard, newly opened and a piece of A4 paper.

What is poor? A baby’s drawing and a rushed piece of writing.

What is rich? A warm chocolate brownie and a WWE champ fighting.

What is heavy? An enormous elephant and a sponge, just used to do the dishes.

What is light? A floating eagle’s feather and a little child’s wishes.
